What Others Have Studied

Here are some web pages where I have gathered more information on Unit Studies or I deem worth to be here.  This is a very selfish page!  But if you find a site I should check out please email waldsfe@hotmail.com  I would love to continue adding more sites, gather different and better ideas and learn more!  (I have the "gimmies" when it comes to learning.)

Unit study web pages

These links are for websites that offer free units for you to print, use or mold to your satisfaction.  Some site also have units you can purchase.  Most are not the home page for that family/group and many home pages have other great homeschooling resources.  Explore and learn.

bullet About.com Unit Study Directory A resource but full of pop-up ads.  Some of the links are worth the hassle of the pop-ups.
bulletAcorn Academy  They have some unit studies that are free and they also have some very well thought out studies that you can pay a subscription to and then down load.

bullet Debbie's Unit Factory Geared toward the elementary level. Done by months so be sure to check each month out, you may find what you are looking for.

bulletEasy Fun School They have some united studies that are free and they also have some for purchase.  This site is a great resource for the homeschooling mom (or dad) even if you don't use unit studies.

bullet LaCelle Family Ministries  A small grouping of unit studies.  Very cute Christmas unit.  if you have trouble getting to this page go to their home page and click on Unit Studies
bullet Lara's Units  Lara put together some units herself.  Go check out her topics.  Her links on topics is worth it.
