Fathers are so SpecialFathers are extremely important in the raising of children. That's why it takes two to tango! These few pages are thoughts and feelings about the importance of the father's influence in the home, especially one that educates their children at home. There are also some helpful hint on how to get dad involved in the education process. If you have an article, web page or idea to share please reply to waldsfe@hotmail.comNOTE:It is understood that not all families can have the constant presence of a father, but there are male figures that are important to a child's life; a church leader or teacher, a neighbor, grandfather, step father, or family friend. It is not the intention of the author(s) to bring hardship, guilt, blame or any other negative feelings to a family that does not have a father/male figure in their life. Honestly it is believe that the Lord gives something extra to those parents who go it alone. You might just find some strength and hope in these pages. Because this page is maintained by a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the feelings, thoughts and doctrine expressed there in will be in accordance to the church's teachings. Again, you might find strength and hope in the ideas expressed here even if you do not agree with the doctrine or beliefs of the authors.
