Writing assignments

For the study of Rome we used the book  The Bronze Bow by Elizabeth George Speare.

For The Bronze Bow we used the six traits of writing as they answered these questions:

1.  Who was your favorite character in the book?  Why?  Give one quote from the book to show why.  (Don't forget to cite the work properly.)
2.  How does Daniel bar Jamin change in the book?  Why does he change?  Give two quotes from the book to show hoe he changes. (Don't forget to cite the work properly.)
3.  What was your favorite part of the book?  Why?  Give one quote from the book to illustrate why you liked it.  (Don't forget to cite the work properly.)
4.  What do you think is the main theme of the book?  what is the author trying to teach you by writing this book?  Give one quote from the book that shows your theme. (Don't forget to cite the work properly.)
